A MOTORING fan who won a top sports car in a raffle was mocked online for looking miserable next to his prize.
Jordan Billington seemed down in the dumps as he posed with the £35,000 Audi R8 motor.
The picture sparked negative comments online with one person posting: “Cheer up, it’s not a funeral.”
Another said: “His life must be really s**t if he can’t muster up a smile for that.”
But Jordan, 30, hit back at the haters saying he had just endured a ten-hour drive from his Preston home to pick up the car in Norwich — which included dealing with a tyre blowout.
He said: “People look at the photo and think I’m miserable but it couldn’t be any further away from the truth.

“I was driving home in it just shouting ‘Yes’ at the top of my voice. It’s a dream car. I was buzzing.”
But Jordan is set to trade in his new motor for a Mercedes C63 AMG.
He won after spending £14.25 on 15 tickets in a Click Competitions draw.
